I remember always seeing the DockATot all over social media before having a baby and I really wanted one! DockATot’s are always in the top baby must haves and most definitely one of those things that you always want to know if they are as incredible as everyone says. If you are looking for more information on the DockATot, you have come to the right place.
As you can tell, Michael always snuggles in it and loves napping in there!
The DockATot comes in two different sizes, the DockATot Deluxe+ and the DockATot Grand. We were gifted with the DockATot Grand! The difference between the two are the size. The Deluxe+ is made for infants 0-8 months old while the Grand is perfect for babies and toddlers up to 36 months.
The DockATot Grand has been such a dream to use with Michael. He takes the best naps in it. You are even able to change the covers whenever you want and it’s super easy! I am very impressed by the quality of their fabric and how easy it it to travel with the travel bag they supply. I have even been using it to change his diapers. I just place a pad underneath and change him instead of taking him to his room to change him on his diaper changing pad.
BIG SURPRISE!
I haven’t updated my blog since finding out but we are currently expecting baby number 2! Hopefully Michael is willing to share his DockATot with his baby brother! Yes! We are having another boy and are super excited.
According to the DockATot website, “DockATot has been designed to offer a snug and soothing environment for babies. Many babies prefer a nurturing, cozy surrounding that mimics the mother’s womb. The innovative design helps the baby feel snug and secure. When baby gets bigger, you can open the buckle on the dock. The dock is not designed to prevent a baby from rolling over. Rolling over is a natural development, which should be encouraged during waking and supervised time. Up until approximately 8 months, one must always place a child to sleep on his/her back. As to clothing, it is advisable to use wearable blankets or sleeping bags. The Deluxe+ Dock also offers parents a better way to co-sleep with their babies (be sure to review and follow all the Sleep Safety guidelines on our website). Deluxe+ docks are lightweight and portable, allowing for easy travel. Additional covers are available for purchase to match your mood, room and style. All materials used are washable.”
Overall, I think that the DockATot is worth every single penny and the investment. I would recommend this to every mom out there!
